The worst network provider ever Cell C

Cell C is advertising their R5-00 whats app bundle that you receive 1 Gig of data to use on whats app for texts,sending and receiving of videos,pictures and voice notes but the only thing I can use it for is text I cant send or receive any videos,pictures or voice notes I have phoned the customer service and I have lodged a complaint on the 11 th of October *** but still I have not heard anything from them and its almost the end of the month so basically Cell C riped me off !!! so thank you very much Cell C for your really ****y service
