The worst network provider! Cell c

Never have I ever experienced bad service like I did with Cell C. I’ve been loyal for years. But recently I’ve been experiencing bad service. On the 9th of September I lost my phone and reported to cell c so that I can get ITC number SAPS no longer assists you without ITC number till date I haven’t received it I’ve been calling everyday but I don’t get help.I was advised to go to cell c stores. I stay in ULundi and all cell c stores around me are permanently closed. My cell number is blocked tried doing a simswap over the phone but unfortunately can’t because all those questions they asking me I really can’t recall how many times I’ve bought WhatsApp data in the past 30 days. I have not been assisted I have no phone/my number doesn’t work yet I have insured my phone but I really can’t claim without ITC number. I’ve had it with cell c they really need to up they socks really cause this method they using doesn’t help
