The worst mobile insurance company ever!!

I have cancelled my CSurance policy for two cellphone devices in June 2017. After they have confirmed with me that they will not deduct any premiums off on my bank account. Yet they are still to this day deducting money off my account for the premium. I have phoned the CSurance several times and no answer until After an HOUR that I wait to speak to a consultant. I asked the consultant to please make sure the money will not be deducted. And was rude to me and arrogant because I asked her to please double check. And then she gave me a 20 digit reference that she quickly mentioned to me should it still go off.

CSURANCE, I want every cent of my money back or I will take you to court!!!!!!!
