The Worst in the Cellular Business- Cell C!

I posted a review on Monday, 2018.02.26 which finally got me a reply from Cell C. A call centre agent contacted me and gave me a settlement which I had to pay as I requested for the contract to be cancelled. I called the call centre to enquire as to when my line would be re-activated and I was once again at the mercy of an *********** agent who was not able to advise me accordingly. My final request to the service provider is that you urgently deal with this matter as I wish to no further engage with you in any form of business now or in the near future. My faith in Cell C, will never be restored and this has been proven continuously. I personally would not advise any individual to make use of your services, as the customer is not valued at all. Sort this out!
