The worst
I have a small data account with them, there is never coverage. I do not use the sim at all. But I thought you know it’s okay, it isn’t much in anyway there isn’t much I can do it’s a contract. Now they keep running credit checks against me without concern. This is hurting my credit score. Tried to raise it with their customer care but that line is not user friendly.

Not an email or message to acknowledge or at least give me a query number, turn around time. Nothing. The enquiry is still on my report. Your service is appalling. I don’t know where exactly you are going wrong but do better please.
