THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED...I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

I called their consultants on numerous occasions to try and resolve THEIR ERROR. I kept being told that my query has been escalated, but nothing happens the minute I put the phone down.....the only time I hear from Cell C is when they want to sell me another contract.....like I would take another contract with a company that is too *********** to resolve their errors!!!
