The worst customer service ever.

My cellphone (Samsung S6) has been water damaged for over 3 months now. The ADH samsung warranty was not available for me to use as it does not cover water damage for the S6's and S7's. I am covered with C Surance so I then put through a claim with them as I know my insurance cover covers water damage. I was advised that I need to pay an access fee amount of R750.00 for them to approve it with the repairs to go ahead and fix it. I could only pay my access fee amount a month later and then sent through the proof of payment to C Surance. I also called them to make sure that they received my proof of payment and they confirmed they have received it and I was also advised my phone will be fixed and ready for collection in the next 7 to 14 workingd days. I waited for the 14 working days to be over and I called the Cell C repairs department to find out how far along is my phone. I was shocked and upset to hear that my phone is ready for collection but it hasnt been fixed since I "rejected" the quote. I told them I did not reject the quote as C Surance was suppose to liaise with them (as I was advised to) and give them the go ahead to fix my phone. I also told them that I could only pay the access fee I was requested to by C Surance only a month later. Cell C advised me that the delay in the access fee could have been the reason that the quote was rejected as after certain laspes with no repsonse they automatically take that the quotation has been rejected. I then had to re-do the whole process and re-book my phone in with repairs, wait for them to give me a refernce number and quotation amount and then forward that reference and quotation amount to C Surance so that they can then approve it and since my access fee was already paid give Cell C repairs the go ahead to repair the phone. I got my new quotation amount and reference on the 7th of October and I called C Surance that day to give them my new reference and quotation amount but I got cut in the middle of the call (mind you house music was playing in teh background when I was speaking to the consultant). When I tried to make a second call I was on the queue for a long time with no answer until my phone cut itself off. I then tried to call again the following Monday (10th October) and still could not get through. I tired the entire week up until Friday the 14th I finally got a consultant to answer. I spoke to a Ntando at 9:08am that Friday the 14th of October 2016 and gave him all my particulars and the new reference number and quotation amount I was supposed to give to him. He insured me that the phone will be authorised to be fixed that same day and I should check with Cell C Repairs before 14:00pm to see if it has been authorised. I had a meeting in Port Elizabeth that day and could not check with Cell C repairs that Friday. So i checked yesterday (Monday the 17th of October) the Cell C Repairs consultant said the phone has not yet been authorised as it still shows that they are awaiting acception of the quote and that they have not received any authorisation from C Surance. You can imagine my shock and dissapointment yet again from C Surance. I have been patient with them but every single time they ***** me over. My phone has been lying somewhere for about 3 months now. I paid in my access fee about a month and a half ago but my phone is still not fixed and still not with me till this say. I still pay the contract fee of the phone and my insurance subcription fee on a monthly basis but I havent had my phone physically with me for about three months. C surnace gives the worst customer service ever and they know nothing about cusomer excellence. They do not train their consultants to be competent and do their jobs properly and promptly. I am really just over them and I will never use them again. They are the worst.

My ID number is ********** 330085 incase someone from C Surance looks into my case. Please if there is any good customer service left in you please help me.
