The worst customer EVER!!!!!!

Cell customer care has the worst service. Their consultants do not their jobs. I've have a problem every other month with dealing with my contract. They don't disclose information fully so that you have an understanding of what you are dealing with. I have asked my debit order date to change 2 months back and they still don't debit on the date and always charge me for arrears as if I'm a bad payer. The consultants become rude when you request for a problem to be solved. Cell c is the worst service provider. I regret every taking a contractor with them.
