The Worst Company I've dealt with!!!

I've had the Un-happy privilege of dealing with Cell C and i would never recommend anyone to take out a product with them.<br> My problem started when i took a Data contract with them in 2013. Since taking the Contract i couldn't connect to the Internet,, I was promised time and time again that they would send a technician to check the signal strength in my area. Well after numerous calls(at my cost), a tech was sent with only -5 month left on the contract. Her finding were That the Signal is poor and a connection would be very poor to impossible. Cell C has refused to refund me from inception.<br> They further deducted R180 more than they should have in march, an again after numerous phone calls, i'm still to be refunded...<br> <br> I intend to take this matter further, to the Ombud or Icasa, as i believe I have NOT been Treated Fairly.<br> <br> If you want service, Stay away from Cell C - cause they quick to take your money, but absent when you have a problem. <br> <br> My Mom was on pre-paid as well as my Wife, they have moved to another SP, a friend of mine will also review his contracts when they due for cancellation.<br> <br> I expect nothing but whats Fair.<br> <br> Please BE FAIR!!!
