The worst cellphone network i have ever encountered

<p>A few months ago a customer care person phoned me from cell c asking if i would want a cell c contract with a wifi router. The deal was sweet and everything mentioned was perfect. I took out the contract from cell c and a few days later i recieved two packages at work. 1 package containing my contract that i ordered with sim and wifi router and a 2nd package containing just a sim card. i phoned the person that sold me the contract and asked him why did i recieve two packages? the second sim card was added onto my name without me being notified of this. it was just a sim card with 3GB data for R59 a month, but I never agreed to this contract. My contract was the 1 for 5GB anytime data and 15GB between 12.00am and 06:00am. After the first month i saw Cell C had made 2 deductions from my account and i quieried this with them as i asked them to take the second contract of my name. After a month i saw the same thing in my bank account, so i reversed that payment to my account and stopped my payments with them. 15days later a person called me from cell c and said she was calling in regards with my account being behind. I told this person my whole story and she said cell c will come back to me within 48 hours regarding this mistake from cell c side. After a week some lady phoned me again and she was also calling in regards to my account being behind. i told this person the same story and she also stated that she wuold be coming back to me after listening the recording of the first conversation i had with the salesman that sold me the package and no one came back to me. last week the same story...someone called and asked why my account is in arrears and i ALSO told them my story and that cell c had put 2 contracts on my name and i was only aware of the one i asked for. Now today I was going to make a loan for something important and found out that this F***K** UP network cell c had black listed me because i dont allow them to ***** my money from me? this is rediculous that a company has the right to black list and ***** my money. May i please ask if someone that someone that is capible and compitent fix this problem for me.please phone me! I am very upset with Cell C and would like you to sort this out. </p>
