The Worst Cell Provider in the world Cell C!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I am in utter disgust with the service received. For the past 6 months I have been struggling with you people to get my account sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed in Jan to activate my credit life, no one responded to me I thought all was sorted. No one from cell c contacted me to inform me otherwise. In End Feb I get harassed for payments that are well beyond my affordability.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I get through to a male consultant round early march to make a payment arrangement to settle my full amount. Please pull the voice recordings. He told me that to settle my full account would cost me R2008 or R2009 so we made an arrangement to split the money over two months R1004 paid end of March and R1005 paid end April.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I phone in to find out I still owe R1404????? This is not correct. Please look into this as I am not capable of paying such a hefty amount specially when its not my fault to begin with its Cell C services that are ridiculous. Be sure to take this as my letter of ending my contract once these 24 months are up i will not be signing up again. I have had enough drama with you people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then to top it all off at 12:20 today I spoke to a Eugene or a Jean and he actually laughed at me...... I am not sure what kind of business you are running but this is totally unacceptable. I work in Finance and I would lose my job if this was what I have done. Really you need to get your **** together Cell C !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
