The worst cell phone provider
It's been now since last year that I have been battling to get answers about my account being paid dubbel and having to pay a penalty on paying dubbel . Still the situation has not been sorted . I have called and I have even gone into a cell c store still is this not sorted . I will never recommend cell cafain to anyone again. I am so disappointed in the service and so angry that it's Okey to take my money dubbel and have the cheek to even give me a penalty. And still go after that take money every month knowing they owe me a month. The worst cell phone provider I have ever come across. They steel your money

09 Feb 2022, 13:12Whatever. You have been saying since last year August that it will be sorted and still nothing . Money does not grow on my back and it took good out my child's mouth. I'm ready to see my lawyer and go far with this .I'm will to call cart blanch and the newspapers and more. I have sent many clients your way and have been loyal and this is the service I'm getting from you. I'm highly upset and highly angry you steel my money and give me a penalty for paying dubbel. I'll be too happy I'd my clients would pay dubbel. Good client service does not cost you anything but it seems that it's not an easy task for you to do . No one there knows what they are doing and good client service is not what you know how to apply to any of your clients given the reviews I have read so far is all bad .let see how long will this take this time for you to sort it out after I have sent all my proof and bank statements to prove my case . This I will not leave here and will go far if its not sorted .
