The Worst Cell C Store in Human History

I bought a data stick from the cell c store in Cavendish and returned it shortly after on the 4th of April. I filled out a refund sheet with my bank details and was told it would take a week. I have since been back to this store on 5 occasions to get my money and have made 3 phone calls. 3 out of my 5 visits I was turned away and on one occasion by the guy manning the far right till coz he was clearly irritated that I was giving him some form of higher grade work to do. Even my mother who lives in durban has called the store only to be told that cell c direct handles refunds. This is curious because when I asked for a deal which was in the cell c brochure I was told by the store that they were not apart of the cell c franchise and thus didn't have all the deals that cell c has. I wanted an lte ****le but since they did not have it due to "not being a franchise reason" I took the data stick. I asked the girl at the counter a very simple question..."does this new data stick have its own power source?" Her answer was yes and thus I bought it only to find out that was a lie and I returned it. I have since spoken to both managers and had the promise of the money being eft into my account on the 9th of may with a three day wait. It is now the 26th. I have spent over R500 on ubers just to get there and probably another R300 on callls to them and cell c direct. The funny thing is that they only owe me just over R500. I am writing this now because I would rather cut off my own foot then ever go back to that store. I am a student studying so money isn't ample but I dislike this store so much that I would spend all I have just to close these people down. How can you call yourself cell c and be this ****? If you are wondering which store it is, its the one across from McDonald's in Cavendish mall. And its the first store that comes up when you google Cell C Cavendish. As for my money I doubt I will ever get it back.
