The worst Cell C customer Service

The services is literary poor. All I wanted was to block my SIM they couldn't even provide me proper assistants. They call agent tells me I picked up the SIM card and now I want to block it, like why in anyone's right mind would anyone even do that, like Helo . Don't even ask to speak to a supervisor they worst than the call agents, They all read the same call script.
