The worst
You have given me no other choice but to escalate this further, I have numerous reference numbers and my issue just seems to go from bad to worse. My payments are due tomorrow and there are still no credits app**** to my account. I am escalating this to ICASA

25 Mar 2026, 14:23We understand your concern regarding the debit order that went off this morning. Please note that although the credits have already been submitted for processing, they may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account. Unfortunately, this means the billing system may still process the debit before the credit becomes visible on your account.
Once the credits reflect, your account will automatically be adjusted accordingly.
Regarding your request for compensation, we have noted this and will escalate it to the relevant team for assessment. We will keep you updated on the outcome as soon as feedback is received.
Kind regards,
Cell C | TM

25 Mar 2026, 14:58The debit should have been correct if this was escalated when I reached out. Cell c had from the date the invoice was issued to resolve this so basically 2 weeks and nothing happened until I mentioned ICASA and the ncc. I wonder how long the compensation request is going to take? Another 50 months
