The Worst Call Centre in SA
<p>I have phoned many call centres in SA and most of them arevery bad with their service offering, I guess we have got a lot to leanr within SA. I must go on record though and say that CELL C Call centre takes poor service to a whole new level. They make you hold on for more than 20 minutes each time, they transfer you between departments, agents dont have empathy....i can go on. Every element of good customer service is not present. I guess there is nothing, we as customers, can do about all this. We have to suck it up and take the poor service every time.</p>
