The worse treatment I have seen by greedy sales people ever!

I am trying to assist my 84 year old father to cancel a duplicate contract that their sales people issued instead of extending his current contract. They are deducting two debit orders from him and taking advantage of an old man that cannot hear properly. He has been trying to resolve this since March and they are threatening him with legal action if he does not pay both debit orders. The worse treatment I have seen by greedy sales people ever! I did receive a call today with a promise that it will be investigated and resolved , lets hope the feedback is also swift action

I received a second call last Thursday, promising to cancel the one contract but nothing has been done. Cell C store confirmed today that both contracts are open. Could not use the phone either since Friday. Next step is the consumer commission.
