The was no option of no star at all, I woul have taken that one. I have had bad experience with the company. To cut a long story short I made payment to settle my account but then to my findings I was handed over 2 months after the payment. Now the company dealing with this matter is unprofessional and lack communication skills. But my concern is how to you make a payment then 2 months later you get handed over. Cell c where is the money I deposited into the account? Despite sending the proof of payment both cell c and the css solution fail to deal with the matter. I feel harrased !!! What a poor, bad reputation you have.
