The usual poor Service of Cell C staff

Been struggling to get Cell C employees to allocate a payment of R700 that I made on the Cell C app on the 20th of December 2024 I spoke to various people since then Samo, kwanele,dieketse monica and others who either refuse to give their names or some who even prevent me call again coz when call 084143 it keeps on declining I even sent pop to 'proof of payment' ,monica, Kwanele and Bongani This is poor customer service to say the least ***,*** I also struggle to get R100 to be transferred from *** to ***
