The upgrade issue continues
Cell C is at it again. I tried to upgrade last month but they said I could only downgrade. So they suggested that I wait until the 7th of April. So like a dumb ass I listened. I emailed them today and asked if it's possible to get the phone I want, took them 7 hours to reply to me. And they didn't resolve anything, just wanted my 🆔 and number to assess the situation. I gave it to them, yet still no answer. So I'm writing another review because that's the only time a get an answer out of them. So I'll ask again Cell C can I get an actual upgrade now or not???????
One last thing, read my emails I sent first before replying to this review. Maybe then you'll understand my frustration.

Only that option isn't available, I can only select for someone to call me back 🙄🙄. Last time I checked that's not the definition of online shopping.
