"The silent *******"

Prepaid funds given to third party without my consent. I made a prepaid deposit of R150, only to find that my credit balance had been depleted to zero. When I phoned to see what was happening, I was informed that I had subscribed to 3 different apps, who have now taken my money. Even though I have only a prepaid contract with Cell C it is still a contract. At no time did I authorise Cell C to pay over any funds to and third party. (needless to say I have not taken any outside subscriptions and the third party that has been given these funds will find charges of theft and ***** laid against them. I'm sure they have de*****ed thousands of people of their fund sand it's time someone tried to put a stop to their ******** activities.) Not withstanding the above, Cell C had no authority from me to pay over any funds and have acted in a way that is either ADDING and ABBETTING these ********* or have comp**** with a request from the 3rd party ********ly. I was told to stop this subscription by dialing certain numbers only to receive messages of an unknown error- this happened all day. I have the screen shots to prove this. I then received the response of how to cancel the subscriptions and I cancelled them I Made a deposit of R200 and to my surprise the next morning my available balance was 70 cents. Cell C's response was and remains standard , they are not responsible for other people debiting my funds. If they are not responsible then who is? I will be laying charges before the end of the week!!!
