The service at Cell C is absolutely pathetic!!!

Last year I canceled my Cell C fiber after which they said that I had to pay a cancelation fee which I was happy to do but after that, I never received an invoice or could see the outstanding amount on my Cell C account online.

Then I had creditors phone me last year this time to get the money and I had no idea who they were - on True Caller it said "**** Debt collection" so I didn't even bother. Eventually, another creditor phoned me and I paid the money. At the moment I am trying to get pre-approved for a home loan and on the system, it still shows the Cell C balance isn't settled.

So I phoned Cell C a week ago to send me a pay-up letter so they can remove this thing from my credit check profile and Cell C has not come back to me with any news or any pay-up letter. So I phoned again at the beginning of the week and still nothing. The service at Cell C is absolutely pathetic!!!

I haven't received any paid-up letter from anyone. After I paid, I haven't heard anything back. Are you able to assist with that?

We need the paid up letter from the debt collector . Do you still have the proof of payments ?

I managed to phone MDB credit solutions to find out if they could issue a paid-up letter but they said that YOU, CELL C needs to provide the pay-up letter even to them. How come I am constantly running in circles? Can you please provide me with a paid up letter or contact MDB credit solutions to sort this out?
