THE RUDEST CELL C AGENT AND MISLEADING SALES AGENT

After waiting for more than three days for the call from the so call follow up department my call was escalated to Vrenisha Singh the most rudest and uns****ed agent or team leader, the first thing she said to me after introducing herself was "Whats your problem NOW" before i could even answer her the attitude of" you listen to me" began and she told me her conclusion of my story .She didn't even bother to hear or listen to my story or try to understand my complain.I then responded to her attitude by being rude she dropped my call and called me again after few minuets . This gave me the impression that Cell C does not care about its client if they can escalate a call to an agent like this one and I doubt that I'm the only one she has mistreated. My complain was that I was told by Cell C SALES agent that the phones I'm buying was a two phones deals that was on promotion only to find out that was untrue after getting the debit order and when I called their call center to enquirer I was told that the phones were not on special or promotion for two phones deal. To everyone out there when you get a call from cell c sales agent just drop it. To Vrenisha Singh listening is s**** not a talent and being rude is not a way to solve a problem.
