The Rudest Agent Award

I wasn't going to write this review however after the horrible service I received from your agent, I had to. My Debit date for my cell c contract is the 25th of every month, in September Cell C debited my account on the 22nd and I hadn't been paid yet and it was insufficient, the expectation was that Cell C would try to Debit again during the week which they didn't, I called in on Friday and spoke to an agent who said I should transfer the money and I informed her that I wouldn't do the transfer as Cell C is supposed to Debit I have already occurred bank fees for the insufficient and was not willing to pay more fees by doing a transfer and wanted Cell C to Debit as per our agreement, the agent said that cell c would debit again today on the 2nd which didn't happen, I called in again and spoke to your very rude agent, who was not willing to listen instead said that what do I want her to assist me with if I don't want to do the transfer, she carried on with her rant and while I was still speaking said thank you for calling Cell c bye and dropped the call, I am not sure if your agents are trained about customer service or not as this is by far the rudest agent I have ever dealt with. I have not been helped and not willing to call into Cell C after such an experience, please debit my account and please listen to the recording and tell me if you as Cell C are proud of the service rendered by your agent.
