The reason i decided to stay

<p>I had been through the worst experience with Cell C yesturday and it took one comment on Facebook to get help.</p> <p>Maropeng Motana gave the best service yet just when i was about to wait for my contract to end and cancel any ties with Cell c coz of the terrible service i recieved from Customer Service... I spoke to Maropeng this morning and my phone cut he did not leave it there as some people would have and passed the buck to someone else he tried calling more than once and called on the alternative number i provided during my lunch hour.. He assured me that everything will be sorted and he has taken care of my problem it was just refreshing to know that i was not treated like a number but as a human its rare to find such assistance in the telecoms industry and i am so happy there are people like Maropeng who are able to fit in the human touch and treated me like a customer. My problem has been resolved and now i am willing to even open a new contract with Cell C in the intrim. Thank you Maropeng we need more service driven individuals as yourself to keep people like us loyal to a brand.</p>
