The power is in my hands

<p>Cell C must be one of the most annoying services providers ever. Fail to deliver a phone that was ordered and promised to be delivered 1 month ago due to no stock. That is utter nonsense what type of relationship do you have with your stockist that for 1 month each week I have been promised the phone would arrive. I think you guys are pathetic, Hello Peter has a many complaints against you and I will be doing the same as a manier customers that are not happy with the unsatisfactory service you provide. I am on the verge of getting a hold of CEO because of the long wait. You fail to deliver exactly like the Government. Promises of low rates and all sorts of nonsense. What is so difficult about getting stock if you have many customers complaining about the same thing why advertise the phone then why not send a trustee to collect the mobile phones yourself. What are you telling your calle centre agents to say "We are out of stock, the phone will be in stock between to today and tomorrow" - that's F'ing excuse every single week. How would you like it if paying customers refused to pay on AGREED DATE!!! And felt they could pay whenever they would like. Your business would fail exactly how it is failing now with it's service.</p> <p>The power is officially in my hands now. Do something about it before your company gets tarnished further and fails to survive.</p>
