The phone that never arrived

I ordered a phone (iPhone 6s 64gb) at the Cell C store at Cresta on 1 February 2016. I was told that the specific colour I wanted was not available at that stage, I was however told that it was available at the Randfontein branch and that it was ordered for me and the driver would collect it. I was told it would arrive after 3 days; I have been following up every week and no one gives me a specific answer. It has been over a month and not a single day has any of their staff members bothered to contact me to give me any feedback, even though I am asked to leave my contact details at the end of each call and made a special request to be given feedback. After 5 weeks of waiting on them I have decided to cancel my order as they clearly do not want my business. This is very frustrating as I could have gone elsewhere and received my order by now. I personally will not be making any purchases with them ever as I prefer to work with a supplier that is true to their word and values their customers.
