The past 20years Iv been with CellC their customer service is pathetic

Today marks the 6th month that I requested CellC to solve my query and upon their investigations there is no solution/proper feedback. 1) m now requesting all the voice recordings of all the calls that I made to CellC regarding my issue, as you guys always claim that” all your calls are begin recorded” maybe just maybe this query will be attended as clearly my previous query was not that important to you’s
