A lady called me this morning to tell me that I qualify for a discounted rate on my monthly subscription, first and foremost your agents have no ethical way of speaking to clients they are damn rude and to say the least are being paid to Atleast put on a good facade. Anyway the network is really terrible where I sit in the office so the call cut and when she called back I answered and I said hello 2 times she called me a ***** without knowing I'm still on the call. Where is the TCF in your call center Cell C and their unprofessional staff members please deal with the Lil twit who called me the B word. I'm highly ****ed off as I took time out to listen to her ****
