The number doesn't exist

No one seems to care, all the agents hang up on me when they are about to assist. I can no longer receive calls or make calls, they said I must do #33*1234#, it doesn't work also #002#. When people call me it says the number doesn't exist, when I take out simcard and reinsert it , it says sum cannot make calls I must contact my carrier for assistance. My number is ***

Please try using the sim card in another device and advise if the does the same thing. Also advise if you are can access the internet.
