THE NOTORIOUS CELL C

I have never received such a ********** service in my life. I spoke to one of the Cell C reps a week and a half ago, made payments and was advised lines would be reconnected. Now everyone is ranting about a strike and legal department not being available but when payments were needed and made, everyone was available and they even acknowledged payment being allocated to my account.

HOW CAN A WHOLE CORPORATE COMPANY NOT HAVE A CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR SUCH EVENTS? CELL C IS RIDICULOUS
