The NO Service provider

if you are thinking of using Cell C as your service provider to run your business , think again . I unfortunately have two contracts with them and find it impossible to communicate with my customers as I continually drop calls and there is never reception , so if you are thinking of saving a buck don't . My first contract is finally up and will be going back to Vodacom .<br> The staff at the store are unhelpful and generally lack knowledge of their products . I also sent back a phone for repairs a year ago . A cell C representative contacted me and said the the phone could be replaced with a refurbished phone , as the reception was bad as usual , i asked them to go ahead for what i understood the price to be R3400 . The next day I received an SMS asking me to confirm the purchase but the price was actually R 6000 and something rand , so I declined the offer , as it asked me on the SMS to accept or decline . I immediately called Cell C and they refused to cancel the order as they said the purchase had been made by credit card . I asked them for records showing me the declined SMS and never received anything . And was eventually forced into taking the phone .<br>
