The Nightmare Continues

I need a letter from CELL C urgently advising that I do not have an account with them , Clear Score requires this to update their records , as previously advised I purchased a property and now CELL C appears on my credit report , this is going to impact me negatively should the bank rescore me again.

Kindly provide me with this letter urgently in order for me to provide this to Clear Score to update my records.
