The new ZTE modem also has never worked

I am using a Dell computer, windows 7. My old cell C modem is working fine.<br> On its first outing, the Cell C tech, Tashen, tried out my new, replaced ZTE modem but it would not work. He was at my surgery trying to get better internet reception at the Surgery in Stanmore, Phoenix. <br> Lionel and Tashen installed boosters at the Surgery but the service has only been marginally improved.<br> <br> I have been in touch with Sbu Majola, the Cell C operations manager and they are all already doing their best to improve my service.<br> <br> Yesterday I had to drive to a small hill opposite Mahatma primary school in order to send out urgent emails to govt etc.<br> Then I was summoned back to the surgery as another patient had arrived and needed my help.<br> <br> Tonight I have been invited to speak at a radio station as I am a medical doctor and an author. I will be speaking on matters of health and education but I am battling to even get onto google.<br> <br> Please help with the modem as Mr Sbu is attending to the internet problem.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
