THE MST ****EN PUDRID, DISGUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED FROM CELL C THE ****S

I still can't believe the pathetic customer service i have received from cell c customer service center last night , i spoke to TSHEPANG who sounded like he was f*ckn fast asleep in the beginning of the call and mumbled i couldn't hear him clearly , but i advised him what my query was about and i was told the same story that i always receive when i call cell c customer service center "that i happen to have applications that are running and they using my airtime" and i told TSHEPANG that i have restricted the back round data on all the applications that i have on my phone as i was advised the last time i called through with the same issue that seems to be on going and the only reason i hav'nt been calling was i didn't have the energy to hear the same excuse, then he advised me to walk him through to how did i go about restricting the back round data of the apps on my phone "CLEARLY HE THOUGHT I AM DUMB OR LYING OR SOMETHING" well i did as advised by a person that was supposed to tell me something i don't know , while i was busy doing that he seemed like a person that doesn't even have a clue of what i am talking about as soon as i was done he asked me what phone am i using and if my phone was a android Phone ***!, he advised me that he will place me on hold to look for a Samsung phone...that made it obvious to me that he really didn't understand jerksh*t... after he placed me on hold for 5min he told me the same thing that i told him few minutes ago while i was busy walking him through restricting the background data that annoyed me more cos i needed to make a urgent call ...after i cut him from telling me what i know he told me to uninstall all the apps i do not use on my phone that will resolve the problem coz restricting the back round will not *** so i wasted 30min of my time to be told that ....i reminded him that it is an on going issue meaning this has been happening for a while now i left cell c used MTN for 3 months coz i could't take having my airtime disappearing with no valid reason and he told me that ther's a reason that he couldn't really explain but mumble and get angry and shout at me for being a customer , when i told him i will lodge a complaint he did not really seem t care coz it's not his airtime that keeps disappearing ...Dropped the call and called again & spoke to DUDUZILE who was wide awake that told me the same thing that I was told by TSHEPANG but better coz she did not mumble 1st of all and sounded like she knew what she was talking about and advised me "provided with the info that she see's on the system she doesn't know what really used my airtime " but she advised me to call back at later when ther's technicians at 7am as she was trying to explain further i couldn't hear her clearly coz of the back round noise THEY SOUNDED LIKE THEY WHERE HAVING A PARTY.... I THINK IT'S ABOUT TIME I F*CKEN LEAVE CELL C AGAIN!!!!!! CAN'T DEAL WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO RECHARGE BECAUSE I KNOW 5MIN LATER WHEN I CHECK MY BALANCE THERE WON'T BE ANY AIRTIME AND I FEEL LIKE THIS HAPPENS TO ME ONLY COZ MY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS NEVER COMPLAIN LIKE I DO BUT I'M THE ONE WHO RECOMMENDED CELL C TO THEM AND THEY THE ONLY REASON I CAME BACK TO CELL C **** I CAN NOT DEAL WITH CELL C AND THEIR DISGUSTING SERVICE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
