The most shocking and horrible customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This remote working of agents is a nightmare for me, I just experienced the worst service ever after an online enquiry for a cell phone contract. The guy named Vusi, was so rude going as far as using words such as "im not telling you to remind you, im telling you as I see it here" and "we all have memory loss so please don't come up with that excuse its impossible" that after I was requested to remember previous phone credentials such as cell phone # and the likes. I was trying to explain that I don't have a brilliant memory but I will try my best to find the information he was requesting of which meant I had to go to my emails to check those details to which he responded rudely. I can go on and on with my experience but I just want to leave it here because its not like anything will be done about it or at least get it resolved. Anyway, I am done with Cell c and would never recommend it to any of my friends or family members.
