The most pathetic appalling service ever. I send a contract termination letter on 1 July 2021 in order to terminate my contract with Cell C. This was done through Martha, Cell C Mosselbay. A big amount of money was was deposited by eft into their Nedbank account in order to terminate the account. Yesterday I was informed by a Desere Schoeman of Cell C Mosselbay that this Cell C number is still active and that the deposited money for termination of the contract is showing as a credit on my account. They are currently using the deposited money not for the cancellation of the contract, but are deducting the monthly expenses of the contract (which I want to cancel) from this amount. Can you believe it.. the incompetence of this people.
