The most pathetic and terrible customer service at CellC

CellC collections department is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The consultant I spoke to in fact 4 consultants refused to give me their names. As if they were instructed not to share their names due to being implicated for their pathetic and rude customer service ethics. As soon as ask for a name they drop the call. Are these, calls not recorded or monitored? Why can I not speak to a manager or supervisor when I request it? I've been a CellC customer for many years yet this is the worst experience I,ve ever had being a long-serving customer. I will see my contract thru then after CellC will never my business again.
