I submitted my cellphone on the 26th of August for repairs. Today is the 09 October 2015 and I still dont have my cellphone repaired. No one at the call centre knows what is going on. three consultants will give you three differant stories and it has taken them this long to generate a quote for me to pay my excess. Lindiwe, Lerael and Delwan are the three consultants I have dealt with who cannot do their job. Even when you give them call references they still are unable to tell you where your fone is, how much your excess is. In over a month! Unacceptable. Worst Insurance EVER. Do they have superiors because I am tired of dealing with consultants who hang up on you in the middle of your query
