The most *********** cellphone company

If I can give them a zero star I would. Someone opened a ********** account using my details. This company has been debiting me for 3 months, when I reverse the debit orders, they force debit me. I’ve already sent all docs to their ***** department in May 2022, no one has rep****. I call them every week and they always promise hat someone from their ***** department will call me back but no one ever does. I went to their store today at Westgate and the lady ( consultant( told me to go to their head office because their hands are tied). I spoke to Vusi Mochalla more than a week ago ( he is apparently the team leader in retentions), he promised to give me a call back in 24 hours, more than a week later I’m still waiting for that “24 hours “ to lapse so that I can get a call back.
