THE MOST HUMILIATING SERVICE

So today I was reprimanded by a Cell C Woodmead Retail park store consultant and shouted at like a 2 year old because I had the ordesity of going to compare prices with ther competitor. She couldn't stop shouting that I called to enquire and yet went to the competitor. This went on for a good 5 minutes being minimised and told! She did not understand why I didn't report to her and the consultant who assisted me that i was at the shop yesterday. I ought to have come in the shop and report that I was there.

The 2nd consultant who was the only one who was not busy when i walked in the store refused to assist sighting that because I could not confirm an address that I used more than 20 years ago they could not assist, mind you, I have resided in my current address for years.

When I called to enquire if I could email my bank statement, this was acceptable, when I got to the store it was unacceptable and I was told there are all banks in the centre and I should print a statement which i did, a 6 month one at a cost and was told they could not use these as they could be *****ulent.

The store apparently experiences a lot if ***** and hence the hostile treatment. The 3rd consultant a guy said they treat everyone as a potential *****ster therefore potential ******** because of this. They therefore needed to protect themselves from ********s like me who walk in the store.

I'm yet to experience a more inhumane, berating and more humiliating experience in a customer service environment.

So when you wake into Cell C Woodmead Retail Park, rest assured that you're 1st viewed as a ******** and a *****ster and you'd need to prove yourself eitherwise
