The most horrible experience from cell c!

Cellc this is like my 5th or 6th time trying to get some sort of help from you guys but it keeps falling on def ears, so my issue is I’ve paid you guys last year July it is not October 2022 and yet you guys still claim I owe you R13000 for what I don’t know I’ve written a review on Monday to my luck I got no assistance with that your service you guys are providing to clients are pathetic you guys have me hopes at the beginning of this year and sent me a paid up letter stating that my name would be removed from the credit bureau within 2 to 15 working days it’s been months how long does it take to do 1 simply task or is it that your staff members are too *********** to deal with simple queries trust me if this issue is not resolved I will get lawyers involved and I will sue you guys I’m sick and tired of all the nonsense I’m sick and tired of providing you guys with my ID number and email address I’m done get this **** sorted out before I take legal action!
