The Monthly accounts do not match!!

I have been having some issues with my billing and cannot get this sorted. Nelly spoke to me and mentioned that she would get back to me 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. I have emailed her more times yet nothing has happened. I have also been chatting to Teboho who has always been of great assistance in getting my issue sorted but unfortunately he is on leave till month end. I do NOT agree with my August bill and want this to be sorted. Being a customer with Cell C for many years and expect Cell C to at least have the decency to get back to me. I would like to have someone from the Billing department to call me and get this sorted out. I do not know what happened to Nelly Mamotheti for not getting back to me but I deserve at least some kind of a reply. It looks like if Teboho is not in then nothing happens. I will take this up with him once he is back from leave. In the mean time I am expecting a call for Cell C accounts.<br> Kind regards
