THE MESS THAT IS CELL C

on 1 April 2021 i bought a smartdata 10GB sim on cell c's website. i got a confirmation of my order and an order number with the message that i will receive my new sim in 48 hours. i paid for the first month's charge which was R149.00. i later received an invoice as well. when days went by without a delivery i contacted Cell C on the 12th and was told that there is no order on their system and that they cant help me. i requested for the contract to be cancelled and i be refunded my money and was told that that is not possible. so I'm now sitting without my money or a date sim which is ridiculous in the current financial situation that we find ourselves in. the data sim was a way for me to dave on data costs and it seems i have just enriched Cell C because nobody is able/want to assist
