The Mess that Cellc

Today my phone was soft locked due to an *********** person who changed the debit order date to the 15th without my consent , worse they say I went to the store yet I have not been there throughout this year. My debit order date has always been the 31st of each month. I’m really irritated by their stupidity! I want the proof to show that I was there and I need my phone working. I won’t take another contract with this company.
