The lowest standards ever

This is probably my third complaint about not receiving a cellphone I claimed from insurance in November and to date I haven't received anything. I have been given more than 4 ETA's, spoken to supervisors and managers. Godwin Brown gave me an ETA, Busi Mkhize too... I'm trying to figure out if this is the part where I go to the HQ personally or I slit my wrists and die because of the amount of losses I've incurred in my business due to this inconvenience. I'll never do business with Cell C again. If you want to die from frustration please feel free but I'm definitely cancelling my contract with you guys. It's unacceptable! And please don't call if there's no resolution. I'm coming there personally.
