The level of disappointment keeps growing and its not even surprising.

Tell me why would you bother to go miles to exchange a wack charger for another elevated wack charger? I won't say im surprised that it lasted me 2 weeks before it started showing covid symptoms. I was going to keep my mouth shut but i thought again to myself, if i dont do this review, someone out there can make the biggest mistake of their life just like me and choose to use their money to purchase a simple charger from your store which tends to only have one life. Rather they go to the the cheapest ****a shops and get a **** one that they can purchase at R50 and know why its not working the following month than to waste a whole R250 for the same poor quality, just situated in a sophisticated store.

Also, i saw some worthiness in telling u this because it might help you consider to start stocking the realest brands like other stores.

One thing is, i will keep the fun of constant returns on. Yes i went to buy the best charger from one of the trusted stores but i will still keep coming to take a brand new one until they get finished and start ordering quality chargers.

If i was you, i will choose quality over quantity, it sustains.
