The incompetence and ***** at Cell C continues

Following my previous report on Hell Peter regarding the Get It service, I was smsed that I would be credited, and Get It followed up with an email noting my withdrawal from the service. On my invoice dated 01-Jun-2015, I am credited the R39 for Get It from the previous complaint, but am then debited 2 Get It amounts of R51.75. One is for the last three days of May, and the next for the month of June. This after all concerned have confirmed I do not want this service. So, is this straight forward incompetence, or is Cell C committing ***** and trying to slip things through on my account. So now I get an extra R103.50 deducted from my bank account, and must wait a month to get it credited.
