The Ghost Legal Department of Cell C!!!!

I have been trying for weeks to reach the legal department of Cell C. The numbers given to me was *** option 4. The today ***4 (not even a dialling tone) and also *** ( the people who own this line is highly annoyed with all the calls coming to the . Cell C agents are giving the wrong numbers as well.<br> <br> Can somebody in this department please call me! I cannot upgrade because of the inefficient customer service and poor accounting.
