The end of the line for Cell C

I have received appalling service from Cell C in Centurion today which left me in ore with disbelief, I even asked Christo the assistant manager if this was the best they could do as a conglomerate (Cell C) and he said yes. I entered into a contract with Cell C on the 29th of April 2016 and before the culmination of the year 2016 I encountered problems with the Sony Xperia C4 which I received on the contract, I sent it in for repairs which were elongated and I complained about the poor service on the 15th of December 2016 titled "Cell C Lengthy repairs on a Sony Xperia C4". The same mobile phone gave me more problems not detecting the sim card which I struggled with for a while until I sent the phone in on the 24th of July 2017 for repairs, the first problem was that I had to go to the Cell C shop today on the 22nd of August 2017 almost a month since I sent in the phone to find out what is happening with my device they were not communicating with me at all and the numbers they gave me on the submission form were unresponsive. The feedback I received was that my phone was Beyond Economic Repair(BER) and there is nothing they can do about it, I queried what warranty requirements have I violated and it was expressed that there were none but yet I will be without a device for the remainder of the contract. There is a fee being charged on my account for the device until April of 2018, I am expected to keep paying for a service I can’t use since the sim card doesn't have a phone and expected to pay for a phone that I can’t use. I have been a loyal customer for at least two iteration of 2 year contracts with Cell C, and I fear that this is the end of the line for Cell C and myself and believe me I asked if this is the best they could do and Christo said yes more than once but still expects regular payments.

I have given them ample opportunity to come up with a viable solution, all that Lungile Ntuli brought as feedback was that SONY are saying it is true that the Sony C4 is Beyond Economical Repair (BER). I asked Lungile several times if Cell C and in this instance SONY expect me to keep paying for a service I cannot use, and pay for a phone that is broken due to no fault of mine without being able to use it. To all this Lungile representing Cell C was adamant that the broken phone which was faulty shall be my burden until the contract ends in 8 months, again I asked if they expect me to renew the contract with Cell C whom I had been a customer at least since 2006/7 iteration. They are disillusioned if they feel this is doing business in good faith, I'm afraid for me this is the end of the line. I think the reliability of the Sony C4 is also questionable, and it is an embarrassment and should render the engineering of the product very poor judging by the repairability of SONY as a brand.
